Expansions Consulting was created to help therapists feel confident building and running their own practices. After years of running a successful EMDR-focused group practice and a solo practice on California’s Central Coast, I saw how little graduate school teaches about the business side of therapy. My goal is to make that part less overwhelming—offering practical guidance, real-world support, and encouragement so you can grow a private practice that truly fits you.
